Keyboard: EXPLORER

Displays progeCAD's Explorer so you can view, create, copy, or edit layers, layer states, layouts, linetypes, text styles, coordinate systems, blocks, dimension styles, materials, or views within your drawings. You can also use the Explorer to copy these elements from one open drawing to another. The Explorer is a great way to manage and maintain your drawings.

When you click the plus (+) symbol next to a drawing name in the Explorer, the Elements list for that drawing expands to display all the elements in the left pane (Layers, Layer States, Layouts, Linetypes, Text Styles, Coordinate Systems, Views, Blocks, External References, and Dimension Styles). Select an element to see the settings for that element in the pane on the right side. Actions that you perform in the Explorer window are similar to those you perform in the Windows Explorer - you can cut, copy, paste, delete, rename, and sort the columns in the right pane.

For more information on how to manage different Explorer elements, click the element type.
