Displays the Export Drawing File As dialog box so you can export the drawing to a selected file type. You can export the drawing as any of the following file types.

Extension	Meaning
PDF	Portable Document Format. PDF files allow you to distribute your drawing to others for viewing in Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®, which is free software that users can download, and for viewing, reviewing, and editing in Adobe® Acrobat. When exporting to a PDF file, the Export to PDF dialog box opens.
DWF/DWFx	Design Web Format file. DWF files allow you to distribute your drawing to others for viewing in a Web browser, reviewing, and editing using free Autodesk® software and tools. When exporting to a 2D DWF file, the DWF File Version and Format dialog box opens. When exporting to a 3D DWF file, saves directly to the file.
STL	Stereolithography file format. STL is a graphics file format used for prototyping three-dimensional models.
STP	STP files are primarily used for transferring 3D graphics between different CAD and CAM systems.
IGS	Is a graphics file saved in a 2D/3D vector format based on the Initial Graphics Exchange Specification (IGES).
SAT	Format used for exchanging 3D data between multiple systems and is supported by many 3D CAD programs that include Spatial's 3D ACIS Modeler component.
3DS	A 3DS file is a 3D image format used by Autodesk 3D Studio.
OBJ	An OBJ file is a standard 3D image format that can be exported and opened by various 3D image editing programs.
POV	Three-dimensional graphic that uses the Persistence of Vision Raytracer (POV-Ray) format.
LWO	Three-dimensional object created by LightWave 3D, a program used for 3D modeling, animation, and rendering.
MA	A MA file is a project created with Maya, a 3D modeling and animation program. It contains information that defines the geometry, lighting, animation, and rendering properties of a 3D scene.
DAE	Collaborative Design Activity file format. COLLADA is an interactive three-dimensional graphics file format used by 3D graphics applications. Three-dimensional entities are exported, including ACIS entities.
DXF	A DXF file is a data file saved in a format developed by Autodesk and used for CAD.
DGN	2D/3D drawing format used by MicroStation construction design software.
WMF	Windows metafile format. WMF is a vector format commonly used for pictures by non-CAD Windows applications, such as word processors and spreadsheets.
BMP	Bitmap file format. BMP is a graphics format commonly used for pictures by non-CAD Windows applications, such as word processors and spreadsheets.
EMF	Enhanced metafile format. EMF is a vector format commonly used for pictures by non-CAD Windows applications, such as word processors and spreadsheets.
SVG	Scalable Vector Graphics file format. SVG is a graphics file format and Web development language.
