SINGLE LICENSE (de-installation is required )

This type of license allows to activate and use the software only on two computers, according to the conditions below:
"With Single License version (Stand Alone) you may Install and Access a second copy of the Software on the hard disk of a second Computer owned by You or under Your control provided that:

(a) the original and second copies are used by the same person
(b) only one of the Software copies is Accessed at any one time
(c) the second computer is owned or leased by you
(d) such a second Computer is a notebook (portable) Computer or a Computer away from Your usual location of work;
(e) the second copy of Software is accessed exclusively for the purpose of enabling You to work away from Your usual work location; "

Possible Cases:

• TRANSFER progeCAD TO ANOTHER PC: Uninstall progeCAD from the original PC to comply with the licensing regulations. The uninstallation can be performed in the traditional way through the Windows Control panel. To enable the license on a new PC, simply install and activate progeCAD. A warning message will appear during the activation process reminding the license terms. Note the progeCAD license is not transferable to other users or companies.
• CHANGE OF PC: If the old computer remains functional, it is necessary to uninstall progeCAD to comply with the single licensing regulations. The uninstallation can be performed in the traditional way through the Windows Control panel. In case the computer is totally dismantled, no operation is required. Install and activate progeCAD on your new computer, a warning message will appear to remind the license terms.
• DISK FORMATTING: No operation is required before formatting. After formatting, simply install and activate progeCAD. A warning message will appear during the activation process reminding the license terms.
• DISK/PC CRASH:  Simply install and activate progeCAD. A warning message will appear during the activation process reminding the license terms.
• DISK CHANGE through CLONING: replacing the Hard Drive Disk of your computer through its cloning (for example, switching to the Solid – State Drive), after having cloned the disk and launched progeCAD, there will appear an error message with the code CF0x08 (new activation is required). Simply repeat the activation of progeCAD going to PROGECAD CENTER > the button REGISTER PROGECAD to make progeCAD operative. Also in this case a warning message will appear during the activation process reminding the license terms.

USB LICENSE (no particular operation is required)

The license with the USB protection dongle allows to install and activate progeCAD on all the computers you want. Afterwards progeCAD can be used by attaching the USB dongle to a computer with the software.
If you have several USB licenses, we remind you that progeCAD USB dongles are interchangeable for the same version.

NLM LICENSE with NETWORK SERVER (the release of a license is required)

If you need to transfer the NLM SERVER, first you need to “release” active licenses. For the procedure please refer to the NLM User Guide, accessible directly from NLM SERVER MONITOR (the button " User Guide (PDF)").
If you need to move/reinstall only progeCAD (Client), simply proceed to the normal installation of progeCAD, then follow the guided activation procedure inserting the NLM Server data present in your network ( with no connection limits, the Server is automatically identified at the beginning of the procedure).
