OSNAPZ

Determines the z-coordinate of the specified point or of the current UCS at the current elevation is used when entity snaps are turned on. When this system variable is set to zero, entity snaps use the z-coordinate of the specified point; when set to 1, entity snaps use the z-coordinate current UCS at the current elevation.
