NOTIFYANIMATION

Controls whether animation is applied to the Notification Manager icons in the status bar when the NOTIFYMANAGER system variable is set to 1.

0 = Animation is turned off.

1 = Animation is applied to the new notification icon but not to the status icon.

2 = Animation is turned on.
