Controls the color of the y-axis in the user coordinate system (UCS) icon and cursor crosshair in the Block Editor.

Range:     -1 to 255, “-1” to “255”, “RGB:0-255,0-255,0-255”

Default:     3 or “RGB:0,255,0” (Green)
