Controls the use of left and right mouse clicks for the Annotation Scales List item on the status bar.

Range:     0 (Left mouse click opens the scales list; right mouse click opens the Edit Drawing Scales dialog box), 1 (Mouse click behavior is reversed)

Default:     0
