Function Description

 The function parameter is unrecognized.

 The function name is unrecognized.
$?
 The function has a syntax error.
$(++)
 The function produces a string that is too long and has been made shorter.

When troubleshooting error messages, it can be helpful to turn on the MACROTRACE system variable, which displays evaluation of the DIESEL code in the Prompt History window.
