Opens the New Layer State dialog box where you can specify the name and description for a new layer state. The name and description display in the Explorer and the Layer States Manager dialog box.

DIALOG BOX OPTIONS

Name Enter a name for the new layer state.

Description Enter a description for the new layer state.
