Creates a fillet, or rounded corner, at the intersection of 3D solid faces.

To create a fillet of one or more edges

Select an edge: Chain/Loop/Radius: Select the edge of the solid to fillet. Select additional edges to fillet, then press Enter when done.

Press enter to accept the fillet or [Radius]: Press Enter to fillet, or choose Radius to specify the fillet radius.

To fillet edges that are tangent to one another

Choose Chain.

Select an edge chain: Edge/Radius: Select the first edge of a solid to fillet.

Select an edge chain: Edge/Radius: Select additional edges of a solid to fillet, then press Enter when done. If you choose an edge that is not tangent to the first selected edge, a prompt displays: "No adjacent tangent edges found in chain." Note that the program fillets all selected edges even if they are not tangent.

Press enter to accept the fillet or [Radius]: Press Enter to fillet, or choose Radius to specify the fillet radius.

To fillet all edges that belong to a single face

Choose Loop.

Select an edge of loop: Edge/Chain/Radius: Select an edge. One of two possible faces adjacent to the selected edge will be highlighted.

Enter an option [Accept/Next]: Choose Accept to fillet edges of the highlighted face. Or choose Next to fillet edges of the other face adjacent to the selected edge, then choose Accept.

Select an edge of loop: Edge/Chain/Radius: Press Enter to complete selection. Or you can select additional edges that belong to other faces, choose Edge to fillet an additional single edge, choose Chain to fillet a chain of edges. Follow the prompts then.

Press enter to accept the fillet or [Radius]: Press Enter to fillet, or choose Radius to specify the fillet radius.

To set the radius of the arc that forms the fillet

Select an edge: Chain/Loop/Radius: Choose Radius.

Fillet radius <1.0000>: Enter a new radius, then press Enter.
