Keyboard: FIELD

Inserts a field as multiline text. Fields contain expressions that are updated automatically to generate new field content as values change. You can also insert fields while working with multiline text and tables.

DIALOG BOX OPTIONS

Field Category Select a category to filter the fields available in the Field Names list. Select All to display all available fields.

Field Names Select the field you want to insert. The fields that display depend on the selected category.

Field Expression Displays the expression, similar to a formula, that is used to generate content for the selected field.

Format Select options for the selected field. The available options vary according to the selected field. If available for the selected field, click Additional Format to open the Additional Format dialog box and make additional selections.
