Add/Delete Scales

Keyboard: OBJECTSCALE (or -OBJECTSCALE for command line version)

Assigns or removes annotation scales to one or more entities. Annotation scaling allows you to control certain entities so their size will consistently display when a drawing is displayed or printed.

Entities that can have an annotation scale include text, multiline text, tolerances, dimensions, leaders, multileaders, attributes, hatches, and blocks.

You can also set annotation scales for an entity using the Properties pane. For the entity, set Annotative to Yes, then click [...] in Scale.

DIALOG BOX OPTIONS

Scale List Displays the annotation scales that are assigned to selected entities.

Add Click to select an annotation scale to assign to selected entities. The Add Scales dialog box displays.

Delete Click to remove the selected scale from the list.

List all scales for selected entities Choose to display in the list all annotation scales that are assigned to selected entities.

List scales common to all selected entities Choose to display in the list only those annotation scales that selected entities have in common.
