Default: 0

The SYSFLOATING variable checks the docking state of the drawing file tabs.

-1 = The floating drawing file tabs feature is disabled.  

0 = The drawing file tabs are docked.

1= The drawing file tabs are floating.

Note: Navigate to Options > Drawing Settings > Display > Program Interface. A dedicated checkbox allows you to enable or disable floating drawing windows.
