Convert block in xref

BLOCKTOXREF replaces all references of a block with an xref that you specify.

To replace a block with an xref

1. Do one of the following:
   • Choose Express > Blocks > Convert block with xref.
   • Type blocktoxref and then press enter.
2. Choose one of the following:
   • Select a block to be replaced with an xref and press OK.
   • Use the Pick button to select blocks from the drawing.
   • Select an external reference file and then press Open.
