(layerstate-removelayers layerState (list layer1 layer2 ... ))
Removes one or more layers from a layer state.
The layerState argument is the name of a layer state, a string.
The layer argument is the layer name to be removed, a string.
The function returns T if removal is successful, nil otherwise.

The following example removes two layers from the LayerState:
