(acad_helpdlg helpfile helptopic)

Opens the help window.

This function launches the help system with the specified help file and topic.

The helpfile argument is the path or name of the help file (CHM or HLP format).

The helptopic argument is the topic to show in the help file.

The function returns T if the help file is found; otherwise, it returns nil.

The following example opens icad.chm with a topic about the LISP function abs.
