Copying and pasting menu items

To copy and paste a menu item

   1   Do one of the following to choose Customize UI ():

    On the ribbon, choose Tools > Customize UI (in Manage).

    On the menu, choose Tools > Customize UI.

    Type cui and then press Enter.

   2   Click the Customize tab.

   3   In the Current Customization list, right-click the menu item you want to copy.

   4   Choose Copy.

   5   Right-click the menu item located above where you want to locate the copy, then click Paste.

    6    Click OK.
