Keyboard: PARALLEL, PAR (within a command)
Toggles the Parallel snap on or off. Use the Parallel snap to show parallel guides when picking second and subsequent points of new lines, infinite lines, rays, or linear segments of polylines that you are drawing. Guides display parallel to existing linear entities that are identified when the cursor hovers over them.
