Click and hold the mouse on the point from which you want to move the display. Drag the mouse to the desired area, then release the mouse.
Use shortcuts.
If your mouse has a center wheel, press and hold it, and then move the mouse
to pan the drawing. You can also pan using the arrow keys if Use Up/Down Arrows
for Command History Navigation is not marked on the Display tab in Tools >
Options. Additionally, if want to use Ctrl+Shift+right-click to pan in real-time,
set the PANSTYLE system variable to ON.
