Alias: E, ERASE

Deletes selected entities from the drawing.

FILter/<Select entities to delete>: Select the entities you want to delete, and then press Enter. Choose FILter to filter the selection by properties.

Deleted entities are removed from the drawing database. If you unintentionally delete an entity, you can use the Undelete command immediately after using Delete to restore it. To return entities that you deleted several commands previously, use the Undelete command.
