Keyboard: TCOUNT

Adds numbering to text, multiline text, multileaders, or block attributes. Numbering can be added as a prefix or suffix, or it can replace text in a text, multiline text, multileader, or block entity. Note that this command works with TEXT, MTEXT, LEADER, MLEADER, block references with attributes (only uses the first attribute for replace mode, search mode checks all attributes), and MLEADERS with blocks that contain attributes.

Select entities: Select the entities to which you want to add numbering. You can select any of the following: single-line text, multiline text, multileaders, and block attributes.

Sort selected entities by [X/Y/Select-order] <Select-order>: To sort selected entities for sequential numbering according to placement on the x-axis, choose X. To sort selected entities for sequential numbering according to placement on the y-axis, choose Y. To sort selected entities by the order you selected them, choose Select-order.

Specify starting number and increment (Start,Increment) <1,1>: Specify the start number and how many numbers to increment each line by. For example, to start numbering with 3 and increment by 1, enter 3,1. Numbers can increment negatively; enter a negative sign before the increment number.

Placement of numbers in text [Overwrite/Prefix/Suffix/Find&replace..] <Prefix>: To replace all text with numbers, choose Overwrite. To place numbers at the beginning of each line, choose Prefix. To place numbers at the end of each line, choose Suffix. To specify a text string to replace with numbers, choose Find&replace.
