Attach Leader to Annotation

Keyboard: QLATTACH

Connects a leader to an annotation and moves the endpoint of the leader line to the annotation.

Select Leader: Select the leader to attach.

Select Annotation: Select the annotation to attach to the selected leader. The annotation can be multiline text, single-line text, a block, or a tolerance.
