Cursor Toggle
Keyboard: CURSORTOGGLE
Shortcut: ALT+C
Determines whether the pointer displays as the default Microsoft Windows arrow cursor with a selection pick box (Off) or the crosshairs (On). You can use this command transparently while another command is running.
Cursor Toggle simply turns the CURSORTYPE system variable on or off, but it doesn't require user interaction.
