Keyboard: QUADRANT, QUA (within a command)

Toggles the Quadrant snap on or off. When on, you can snap to quadrant points of arcs, circles, ellipses, or elliptical arcs. When you snap a line to a quadrant point on an ellipse, you can snap only to the left or right axis points.

Snap a line you are drawing to a quadrant point on a circle (in this case, the right quadrant).
