ProgeCAD 2007 Professional includes WinTopo raster
to vector tool.
WinTopo is a highly professional tool which converts raster images
into vectorial data. ProgeSOFT co-operate with the WINTOPO world-wide
producer SoftSoft, in order to offer its customers an efficient, easy-to-use
vectorializer.
WINTOPO is also available as freeware both in professional version
