REGULATIONS RELATIVE TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(in conformity with art. 10 of Law no. 675/1996)

In compliance with the above-mentioned regulation, any processor of personal data must supply the individual who is the subject of said data with adequate information and, in some cases, must obtain the individual's consent for the processing of his/her Data.

We therefore bring the following to your attention.

1. Purposes of data processing

The collection and processing of Data relative to the individual who is the subject thereof are carried out in order to allow this Company and other ProgeSOFT companies to carry out the following activities:

  1. guarantee and pre and post-sale technical assistance
  2. marketing and advertising
  3. forwarding of the company's information and promotional material
  4. statistical analysis for marketing purposes
  5. assessment of the customer's satisfaction
  6. invitations to informative or promotional events

2. Method of data processing
For the above-mentioned purposes data processing will be carried out by means of automatic or non-automatic methods, yet always in compliance with the regulations concerning privacy and safety provided for by the law.


3. Data Processors

Data will be processed on behalf of the Company by employees, professionals and companies instructed by us, who will carry out specific processing services or activities complementing those carried out by ourselves, that is, necessary for us to carry out our operations or services.


4. Data supply

Supplying data to our Company is totally optional. Any refusal to fill in the card or to answer the telephone interview does not imply any consequence save for the impossibility to take advantage of the services offered by the Company.


5. Recipients or classes of recipients to whom data may be disclosed

All Data, or part thereof, can be disclosed to:
  1. the company's employees who have not been specifically instructed
  2. companies or persons carrying out outsourcing activities for Proge SOFT
  3. other offices of this company
  4. ProgeSOFT subsidiaries

Data will not be disclosed to a third party.


6. Geographical limitations of communication

In consideration of the existence of telecommunications and computer connections and correspondence, Data can be made available abroad, also outside U.E. countries.


7. Rights of the individual who is the subject of personal data supplied

Art. 13 of law 675/96 acknowledges several rights to the individual who is the subject of personal data; we ask you to consider carefully said rights. Here follows a concise reminder:
  • right of access to the Guarantor's registers;
  • the right to obtain information on the data on the individual who is the subject thereof;
  • the right to obtain the cancellation or the blocking, or the updating, the modification or the integration, as well as the certification that said operations have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data have been disclosed;
  • the right to oppose the processing of said data;
  • the right to oppose the processing for commercial, advertising or market research purposes.

8. The Owner of the Data
In conformity with the provisions of the law this Company, with registered office shown on the back of this information note, is the Owner of the Data.

9. The Data Processor

The Company has appointed as personal data processor its legal representative c/o ProgeSOFT, Via Manzoni, 20 - 22100 Como.

The user has the right to consult, modify, oppose or request the cancellation of his/her data by writing to ProgeSOFT, Via Manzoni, 20 - 22100 Como.
