DATA (in conformity with art. 10 of Law no. 675/1996) In compliance with the above-mentioned regulation, any processor of personal
data must supply the individual who is the subject of said data with adequate
information and, in some cases, must obtain the individual's consent for
the processing of his/her Data.

Method of data processing For the above-mentioned purposes data processing will be carried out by means of automatic or non-automatic methods, yet always in compliance with the regulations concerning privacy and safety provided for by the law. 3. Data Processors Data will be processed on behalf of the Company by employees, professionals and companies instructed by us, who will carry out specific processing services or activities complementing those carried out by ourselves, that is, necessary for us to carry out our operations or services. 4. Data supply Supplying data to our Company is totally optional. Any refusal to fill in the card or to answer the telephone interview does not imply any consequence save for the impossibility to take advantage of the services offered by the Company. 5.
