Serials numbers will be sent by email after the payment confirmation. For new licenses with Credit Card payment serials are sent immediately. For upgrades after the verification of your previous license. With Wire Transfer payments, serials are sent after bank verification (this takes some days) .If you lost or have not received your serials, use: Customer Service Request Form

Authorization codes will be sent after the registration process.

If you are using progeCAD 2008 or a later version follow the instruction of the registration wizard (automatically shown when you start the registration procedure).
If you are using an older product, please get in touch with the customer care.

First, make sure you have the correct serial number or Authorization code. If it is still not working please contact our Customer Service.

Incomplete setup files cannot be used for installation, therefore, if your download stops or is interrupted before it is complete, you must restart it.
Should any downloading problems arise, we suggest a downloading specific software is used, which allows resuming of downloading in the event of problems.

The best way to know where your download saved is to pay close attention to the "Save As" window at the beginning of the download process. Once you have clicked the download button and selected the option to save the file, you will be given the "Save As" window, which shows you exactly where your download is being saved to on your computer.

If you know the filename, you can do a search on your computer for it.

Do not rename the file you're downloading, it may cause installation problems.
